Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC (“the Company”) fulfills digital service orders and processes payments made through our third-party payment processor, Stripe®. By purchasing any coaching or mentorship program from Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC, you agree to abide by this Policy as well as our Terms of Service and signed client agreement.

The following terminology applies throughout this document and any referenced agreements:
“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual entering into service with the Company, whether as an individual or representative of an organization.
“The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC and its appointed representatives.
“Party” or “Parties” refers to both the Client and Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC collectively.

All terms apply to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake and deliver services to the Client in alignment with the stated goals of each program. All service agreements are governed by applicable laws of the State of Florida and, where applicable, international privacy and consumer protection laws.

Use of any terminology in singular or plural form, with or without capitalization, and regardless of gender, shall be interpreted interchangeably and with equal legal weight.

Fulfillment Policies

At Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC, we are committed to clearly communicating how services are delivered, accessed, and governed. Our goal is to uphold transparency, protect both parties, and maintain professional standards in all client relationships. The following policies apply to all mentorship programs and services:

Refund Policy


All services are considered rendered upon successful payment and are therefore nonrefundable, unless Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC is unable to deliver the service as described. Exceptions are rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@buddybrand.fitness, or via approved channels including live chat or SMS. Any approved refunds will be subject to a 15% administrative fee to cover processing, commissions, and administrative expenses.

A signed contract is required prior to the start of services.

Shipping or Delivery Policy


All services are digital in nature and delivered through a combination of:

  • Scheduled group intake calls

  • Zoom coaching sessions

  • The private BBF training app

  • Email, text, and mentorship app communication

There are no physical products shipped as part of this agreement.

Return Policy and Process


Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC does not accept returns on services once rendered. All deliverables and service conditions are clearly defined in the signed mentorship agreement and are considered fulfilled through ongoing digital access, support, and coaching resources.

Cancellation Policy


Clients may cancel their mentorship program prior to the initial intake call, subject to a $1,000 administrative fee. Once the program has begun or the intake call is missed, the full contract becomes nonrefundable and binding.

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC reserves the right to dismiss any client who becomes unresponsive, violates behavioral standards, or fails to meet the obligations outlined in the contract or fulfillment policy. Dismissed or canceled clients are not eligible for refunds or credit toward future services.

Privacy Policy

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy of our clients. We collect only the data necessary to deliver mentorship services and manage administrative processes. This may include your name, contact information, payment history, and communications submitted via our platforms.

All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is collected, stored, used, and shared. By enrolling in any service, you consent to these practices.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC operates under U.S. law and complies with international data protection and service delivery requirements, including GDPR for EU residents and other applicable laws for Canadian and UK clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring that participation in our mentorships complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Delivery Policy

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC services are 100% digital. Deliverables may include:

  • Live online coaching sessions (group or private)

  • Custom digital fitness or nutrition plans

  • Bible study sessions and group workshops

  • Personal brand or business development training

  • Discipleship materials and accountability checklists

  • Access to the BBF private training app and mentorship portal

Delivery timelines are tied to payment clearance and onboarding scheduling. Access begins upon receipt of payment, with group intake calls scheduled each Monday or Friday at 9:00 AM EST.

Products & Services Offered

We offer transformative coaching services in the following areas:

  • 1-on-1 Spiritual / Training Mentorship

  • Group Mentorship (Mindset / Training / Nutrition)

  • Elite Business Mentorship (for coaches, entrepreneurs & brand builders)

  • 90-Day Reunification Mentorship (designed for men and women rebuilding emotionally, spiritually, and physically post-separation or in pursuit of restored family dynamics)

Each program is defined by a structured contract that includes training, nutrition guidance, live calls, faith-based curriculum, and ongoing mentorship. Specific program breakdowns are found in your signed agreement and on our website.

Purchase Currency

All services are priced and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Service tiers range in cost from $49 to $15,000 depending on the mentorship type, duration, and any applicable add-on services.

Terms of Promotions

All promotional offers, discounts, or free bonuses (including the Cruise Giveaway) are subject to specific eligibility terms outlined in the contract. These are not guaranteed deliverables and may be changed or revoked at any time.

Security of Website & Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed via Stripe. We also offer third-party financing options such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments.

Project Abandonment

Clients who fail to attend intake or coaching calls and remain unresponsive for 30 days may be deemed to have abandoned their mentorship. At that point, Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC will consider the contract fully executed with no further obligation to provide services. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to resolve any payment issues directly with Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in collections proceedings and legal enforcement of outstanding balances. Clients who file chargebacks without first communicating with our team may be banned from future services.

Administrative Fees

If a refund is approved under rare circumstances, it will be subject to a 15% administrative fee deducted from the total transaction amount. This does not replace any applicable cancellation fees detailed in the mentorship agreement.

Governing Law & Venue

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All legal actions or disputes must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required under international consumer protection laws.
