Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC offers custom digital education packages designed for faith-based personal development, fitness education, nutrition guidance, and biblical discipleship. These are digital products, not ongoing personal services or coaching.

Digital Products & Services Offered

Delivery Policy

All digital education products are delivered 100% digitally. There are no physical products shipped as part of this agreement.

Delivery Timeline

• Payment Clearance: Upon successful payment via Stripe or approved financing partners.
• Pre-Purchase Assessment: You complete a brief intake questionnaire (submitted before or immediately after purchase).
• Custom Curriculum Generation: Your personalized digital package is assembled from our proprietary curriculum library and delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• Delivery Method: Digital materials are sent via:
  • Text Message (SMS) – Personalized PDF workbook link
  • Email – Login credentials for ABC Trainerize App, Skool Community, and Resource Library
  • App Access – Instant activation of your mobile learning platform
• Platform Access: Access to ABC Trainerize, Skool, and automated devotional texts begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

Access Duration

• Digital Downloads (Permanent): PDF workbooks, eBooks, templates, and guides are yours to keep forever.
• Platform Access (Time-Limited): ABC Trainerize App, Skool Community, and automated devotional texts are accessible for the duration of your chosen term (3, 6, or 12 months).
• Live Workshop Access (Optional Bonus): If you choose to attend optional live group webinars, access expires at the end of your term. Recorded replays remain available during your active access period.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed securely via Stripe.

Financing Options

We partner with leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers to make education accessible:

• Shop Pay Installments (powered by Affirm) – 0% APR, pay in 4 interest-free installments or monthly payments
• Klarna – Pay in 4 or monthly installments
• Afterpay – 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks

Financing eligibility is determined by the respective BNPL provider and is subject to approval. Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC is not responsible for financing denials.

Purchase Currency

All services are priced and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Recurring Billing

None. All purchases are one-time payments with fixed-term access (3, 6, or 12 months). There are no automatic renewals or subscription charges.

Refund Policy

All digital education products are considered delivered upon payment and are non-refundable once access credentials are provided.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following rare circumstances:

• Failure to Deliver Due to Technical Error: If Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC is unable to deliver your digital materials within 24 hours due to a system error on our end (not user error, such as providing an incorrect email or phone number).
• Cancellation Before Access Credentials Are Provided: If you cancel your order before we send your login credentials and PDF workbook, you may receive a refund minus a $1,000 administrative fee to cover payment processing, curriculum customization, and operational costs.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@buddybrand.fitness or via approved channels (live chat, SMS). Any approved refunds will be subject to a 15% administrative fee (minimum $1,000) to cover processing, commissions, and administrative expenses.

Return Policy

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC does not accept returns on digital products once delivered. All deliverables and service conditions are clearly defined in the signed agreement and are considered fulfilled through digital delivery of materials and platform access credentials.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Digital Delivery: Clients may cancel their order before receiving access credentials, subject to a $1,000 administrative fee.
• After Digital Delivery: Once your personalized PDF workbook and platform login credentials are sent, the purchase is non-refundable and binding.

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC reserves the right to terminate access for clients who violate the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protecting our proprietary curriculum, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to meet the obligations outlined in the signed agreement.

Account Abandonment & Inactivity Policy

Your digital materials (PDFs, eBooks, templates) remain accessible permanently. However, access to live platforms (ABC Trainerize, Skool, optional webinars) requires active enrollment.

Inactivity Defined

Inactivity includes:

• No login to ABC Trainerize or Skool for 30+ days
• No replies to automated check-in messages for 30+ days
• Failure to attend any optional group webinars (if applicable) within a 30-day period

Consequences: Access to ABC Trainerize, Skool, and automated devotional texts may be suspended or terminated. No refunds or extensions will be provided. To reactivate access, you must purchase a new term.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to resolve any payment issues directly with Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company.

Unauthorized chargebacks (filed without first contacting us) will result in:

• Immediate termination of platform access
• Collections proceedings to recover outstanding balances
• Legal enforcement of signed agreements
• Permanent ban from future services

If you have a legitimate dispute, contact help@buddybrand.fitness first. We will work with you to resolve the issue in good faith.

Terms of Promotions

All promotional offers, discounts, or bonuses are subject to specific eligibility terms outlined in your signed agreement. Promotional terms may be changed or revoked at any time without notice. Promotions are not guaranteed deliverables and do not affect the core digital product offering.

Security of Website & Payment

Our website is protected via HTTPS encryption, and all payment data is handled securely through Stripe. We adhere to PCI compliance and data protection regulations.

Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC operates under U.S. law and complies with international data protection and service delivery requirements, including GDPR for EU residents and applicable laws for Canadian and UK clients. Clients are responsible for ensuring that participation in our programs complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.

Proprietary Curriculum & Trade Secret Protection

All curriculum materials, custom-generated workbooks, training programs, nutrition guides, eBooks, and educational content provided by Buddy Brand Fitness, LLC are proprietary trade secrets and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Administrative Fees

If a refund is approved under the rare circumstances outlined above, it will be subject to a 15% administrative fee (minimum $1,000) deducted from the total transaction amount. This does not replace any applicable cancellation fees detailed in the signed agreement.

Governing Law & Venue

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All legal actions or disputes must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required under international consumer protection laws.
